I'm a graduated Engineer doing many different activities regarding technology and software development.

I'm 29 years old.

I have started my own endeavor as an iPhone Developer in 2009, having today two applications selling in the AppStore as well as developing many ideas to start selling in the near future. I have been doing so for the last months learning about new technologies, mobile programming and how to best serve what I believe are needs to fill in the mobile industry.

I'm currently working full time on Mobile Tonic as a Senior iPhone Developer.

To create great software to fulfill client's needs. Working side by side with customers and coworkers.
Also to create the best possible environment to learn and evolve everyday.

I have started working with iPhone apps on my own, as a part-time activity. On March 2009 I fill the application to become an iPhone Apple Developer, and two months later I had applications selling in the App Store.

Today I have two apps selling: Touch & Copy Character, and Cam-u-flage which you can see in http://www.sebastianarena.net.

Currently working on many other app ideas to develop in the near future.

AXG Tecnonexo, Product Manager - WebCampus , Buenos Aires, Argentina (November 2005 - December 2009)
Manager of the Production and Development area inside the department. My tasks consist in coordinating the work of 7 people.
I'm in charge of all the planning with the Project Managers of the area.
Analysis tasks are now more deeply taken into account on my current position.
I work along with the analysts building new solutions to existing problems as well as new features for our current e-learning platform.

AXG Tecnonexo, Developer, Buenos Aires, Argentina (March 2004 - November 2005)
I started on AXG Tecnonexo as software developer and functional analyst within the Webcampus's area, working on analysis and development tasks with web related programming standars such ASP Classic, ASP.NET, C#, and PHP working with both SQL Server and Oracle technologies. Following the current e-learning standards and deploying new and advanced concepts. Maintenance of the current platform and development of new customized solutions for every client.

Team Soft, Software Developer, Buenos Aires, Argentina (July 2003 - March 2004)
In charge of the development and maintenance of the graphic interface under HTML, using JavaScript technology. The interface was for IExplorer through ActiveX components. This graphic interface was designed to emulate TSO/ISPF mainframe system application ( works on AS/400, OS/390 or z/OS ). The project objective was to bring the current Telnet model into a "Point and Click" model under a Win32 platform. ISPF Plus was made entirely using Delphi technology with a Client-Server Model.

Gateway Swift application for Banco Galicia. This project was completely developed with C++ technology.
Encrypting / Decrypting of PINs for BanSud. This project was completely developed with C technology.

Receptoria Clarín Colegiales / Zuker Publicidad, Software Developer, Buenos Aires, Argentina (November 2002 - July 2003)
Working as Webmaster, creating webpages with dynamic content and configurable through web. Development using ASP and SQL Server 2000 technologies. Maintenance of current web pages.

Winner of IBM Linux Scholarship Challenge 2001.
3500 university students from around the world participated in this contest. There were 20 different winners from several countries. I was the only one from Latin America.
